Tom Roberts, Managing Director
Tom oversees client partners, the work and the long term business strategy of the agency. Tom’s journey in digital began a decade ago at Billco Interactive. He joined Tribal DDB London in 2002 where he has worked on a large portfolio of local and international clients including Sony, Exxon and Barclaycard. As business director on Volkswagen UK, Tom led the team that delivered the best in class Volkswagen UK platform. In 2009 Tom has worked closely with Hasbro, directing the business development of key projects including Monopoly City Streets.
Matt Ross, Creative Director
Matt leads the creative team at Tribal with his inexhaustible energy and love for original, ground-breaking ideas and technologies. With over 13 years’ experience across the globe, his journey to Tribal has taken him through agencies like Agency.com and AKQA. He has developed multi award-winning creative campaigns for numerous clients including Nike, Honda, Playstation and Coca-Cola.
Matt Oxley, Technology Director
Matt looks after our considerable technology team. He’s been at Tribal DDB since 1998 and in that time has worked on numerous projects for clients such as Hasbro, Philips, The Guardian and DIAGEO. Recently Matt Oxley led the technical development of www.volkswagen.co.uk, which re-launched in early 2008.
Sally Boulton, Head of Resource
Sally runs all our personal development, training and recruitment. Sal’s been working in the digital arena for over 10 years. She’s also responsible for every staff members’ continuous development program, and the implementation of an effective orientation induction for new joiners to Tribal DDB. On top of this Sal is in charge of staff retention and the general well being of all existing personnel.
Shannon Kalkstein, Head of Project Management
Shannon leads a large team of project managers at Tribal, ensuring our clients get the best experience for their interactive needs.
She has managed teams both locally and remotely delivering successful projects for a multitude of clients internationally, including Visa International, British Telecom, Guardian, Philips, Volkswagen and Diageo.
Chris Jenkins, Head of Interaction Design
Chris is responsible for the Flex development team and is trained in classical graphic design and interaction design as well as being a self-taught programmer. Chris introduced the Information Architecture and Usability department to Tribal DDB and has led the Flash/Flex development team here for over 12 years.
